For nature lovers of all ages, come learn more about the amazing animals that bats are! They are vital to the health of our environment and economy - eating tons of insects, pollinating flowers, and spreading seeds that grow new plants and trees. Enjoy interactive presentations, fun experiments, bat crafts, and more offered by bat and research experts from CSU, the National Wildlife Research Center, and Lory State Park. The presentation portion of this family-friendly program begins at 1pm, but please stop by anytime between 1pm and 3pm to learn about bats, their natural history and why they are important.
