Reservation requests are unavailable during this period due to a construction project.
Large Meeting Rooms may be reserved online up to 24 hours ahead of the meeting date/time.
Alternatively you may call the Library’s Answer Center at (970) 221-6740.
Groups requesting meeting rooms within 24 hours of their desired start time MUST call the Library Answer Center.
Meeting rooms can be scheduled up to 6 weeks (42 days) in advance.
If the reservation for a room is no longer needed, please notify the Library’s Answer Center as soon as possible.
A room reservation will not be held beyond 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
