Event Details

Join the FRCC Wellness Committee for a relaxing break, led by Lori Cicero of Yoga for You, LLC.! Learn stretches and breathing exercises that can be done from a chair. Loose clothes recommended. Also held on February 24, 12:15pm-1:00pm.
