Time to clear out the old and find something new! Join us for an all-ages clothing swap at Poudre Libraries. Get gently used, new-to-you clothing and accessory items while donating items of your own to support your community!
How does it work?
- Supplies may be donated the week before the event beginning on February 15th and up to the day of the event. Please bring items to the front lobby desk at Old Town Library.
- Each person may donate up to two shopping bags worth of gently used items.
- Everyone who comes to the swap will be provided with a free grocery sized bag to use, but there is no limit on how many items you can take.
- You do not have to donate items in order to shop. All are welcome!
There will be hot drinks and a seating area to socialize during your "shopping" experience as well! Any items left over will be donated to non-profit organizations to help support our community.
What can I donate?
- Gently used clothing items, including but not limited to: dresses, skirts, pants, shorts, tops, t-shirts, coats, jackets, sweaters, hoodies, shawls, robes, etc. We will take all season items, but winter items would be a huge help!
- Unbroken and washed shoes of all sizes and for all ages, especially winter shoes and boots.
- Accessory items such as hats, gloves, and scarves.
- Items can be for any age, 0-100.
- Please make sure all items are washed, clean, usable, and have minimal tears or stains before donating.
- Please don't donate items such as undergarments or socks.
This event is brought to you by teens of the library. Please reach out to Jace if you have questions or interest in volunteering.
