Program Description
Event Details
A lot of us are learning about the health benefits of beans and legumes. But we are not always aware of the many ways this humble and oh so affordable food can be transformed in the kitchen. Learn how to cook beans from scratch with Sapna Von Reich, a local plant-based food educator, and make some delicious recipes with them.
You can simply sit back and watch Sapna demonstrate, or you can make the recipes alongside her in your own kitchen.
Related recipes for this virtual program will be sent to all registered participants a couple days before the program, along with a required waiver/consent form.
