Event Details

In this class we will highlight spring vegetables and make some delicious and colorful bowls. Consisting of grains, veggies, protein, and some great sauces, these bowls will give your palate a much needed spring cleaning. This program is lead by Sapna Von Reich, a local plant-based food educator, and all recipes are dairy-free and vegan friendly.

You can simply sit back and watch Sapna demonstrate, or you can make the recipes alongside her in your own kitchen.

Related recipes for this virtual program will be sent to all registered participants a couple days before the program, along with a required waiver/consent form.
