Event Details

Do you have crafty projects involving making stitches at home? The second Saturday in June is World Wide Knit in Public Day, but knitters shouldn't have all the fun! Grab your knitting, crochet, cross stitch, embroidery, mending etc. and join us at Council Tree Library for a stitch-in. Tea and chocolate will be provided, and we will also have a skein swap - if you have an used skein/hank/ball of yarn at home that you can't find a project for, bring it and swap with someone else to refresh your stash.

This program is BYOP - bring your own project, and not an instructional class though an experienced knitter is on hand if you have questions. Program is not age restricted - anyone with an independent project to work on is welcome.
