Celebrate the Fourth of July at the library! Drop in anytime between 2:00–3:30 PM to create colorful firework art using fun techniques and design simple patriotic crafts to take home. Perfect for elementary-aged kids who love to get creative with bright colors and festive fun! Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Supplies are available while they last. Program capacity is limited to fire code.

Learn more about the history of Colorado and the United States! In this series of library programs, commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the 150th anniversary of Colorado's entrance into the Union. Reflect upon how the past and present intertwine, and celebrate the many people who have called this area home.
