Drop-in Art: Winter Watercolor!

Drop-in to Council Tree library and join us to play with watercolors! We will have supplies on hand to use watercolor paints and watercolor pencils. Come solo or with friends and family to learn some new skills, or practice some old ones. Artistic ability not required!

Drop-in program for adults and ages 12+.
