Fort Collins Utilities' Showerhead Swap is giving away FREE water-efficient, 1.5 gpm showerheads in exchange for old showerheads to help you shower smarter! Start saving water and money on your utility bill by bringing your old showerhead to the Old Town Library on September 13th anytime between 9pam -12pm and receive a new water-saving showerhead.
