Move with intention and ease in this gentle blend of Hatha and slow Vinyasa yoga. This class offers mindful movement and gentle stretches designed to release tension and restore balance. This class is perfect for all levels; you’ll be guided through a slow, supportive flow that invites presence, calm, and connection.
Caroline Denison is an experienced yoga instructor who creates welcoming, heart-centered yoga experiences that weave together mindful movement, breath, and intention. She is the founder of Water Lily Yoga based in Fort Collins and strives to make yoga accessible to all.
Mats are provided or feel free to bring your own.
