Program Description

Event Details

Start by learning the basics of coding with Ozobots—no prior experience needed! You’ll use simple color codes to program your Dino-Ozobot’s movements and control how it stalks, grazes, and escapes bubbling lava. Master the logic, test your code, and see if your bot can survive the prehistoric wild.

Then, design a map habitat filled with volcanoes, watering holes, and lush vegetation to tell your Dino-Ozobot’s story. Once your ancient landscape is complete, deploy your oh-so-mighty Dino-Ozobot to navigate the terrain and bring your prehistoric adventure to life!

Bonus! This program includes an activity from Summer Adventure: Create -  Make up a story. Earn 3 points just for attending the program, plus an extra point for completing the activity! Learn more about Summer Adventure and sign up for the challenge at poudrelibraries.org/summer.
