Program Description

Event Details

Nurture yourself in this slow-flow afternoon yoga session. This is a prop-assisted session to make yoga practice accessible and equitable for all. No prior knowledge is required. Please wear loose clothing. We will use assisting props like chairs, blocks, and blankets. Mats and props will be provided.
