Event Details
Take a restorative pause and immerse yourself in a calming, science-based sound healing experience designed to ease stress, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional balance.
This 45-minute session is led by trauma-informed sound therapy practitioner JaeAna Bernhardt, who blends ancient healing instruments with modern neuroscience. Using crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and guided breathwork, she creates a safe space for deep relaxation and nervous system reset.
At the beginning of the session, JaeAna will explain how sound healing works—drawing on current research around vibration, frequency, and the mind-body connection.
JaeAna has over 7 years of experience and has facilitated sessions in libraries, schools, wellness centers, and mental health organizations across the Southwest. She received her training through Vibrational Sound Therapy Association based out of Lincoln, Nebraska.
No prior experience is necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down or seated.
