So what are the most important things to focus on as we age?  Join Dr. Margaret Eagan, a board-certified endocrinologist and lifestyle medicine practitioner with over 30 years of experience in both academic and private practice settings, for an engaging discussion on movement in our later years. In this session, she will cover core strength, balance and flexibility and why this is important to a maturing body.  She'll also suggest simple ways to maintain and improve your mobility.
