Not sure you have a story to tell? Think your life isn’t “interesting enough?’ You’re not alone—and you’re exactly who this class is for.

Presented by story coach and author, Mary Roberts, this warm and welcoming three-hour storytelling class is designed for people who might feel hesitant, rusty, or just unsure about speaking their truth out loud. You don’t need to be a writer, performer, or extrovert. All you need is a life lived—and a little curiosity.

In this fun, no-pressure workshop, you’ll:

· Discover how storytelling strengthens memory, focus, and emotional resilience.

· Learn simple skills for shaping a meaningful personal story—no fancy writing needed.

· Explore the real meaning behind moments in your past.

· Laugh, connect, and maybe even surprise yourself with what you remember.

· Share stories in a supportive, grounded circle.

Whether you're telling stories for family, community, or your own clarity, this class helps you reconnect with your voice and your past in a way that’s good for your brain and nourishing for your spirit.

Come as you are. Leave with a new way of seeing your life—and maybe a great story to tell.
