Event Details
Living a healthy lifestyle with one or more health issues involves learning self-management skills to help you function at your best, regardless of your chronic condition. This class gives you the practical skills and tools to help manage symptoms, set goals, problem-solve, stay active and enjoy the things that are most important to you.
This is a six-week series that meets every Thursday, 1pm-3:30pm at Old Town Library, September 12th- October 17th.
