Take a break with some hot tea, meditation, and quiet time.
FRCC's Philosophy's meditation cushions will be set up for students to take a moment to rest and just "be." Lights will be set low, with a couple tables and chairs set up for silent study. Caffeinated and non-caffeinated tea will be available.
When: March 10 & 11 12:30-1:30pm (On Tuesday March 10, continue the relaxation with Tai Chi Chih, 2pm-3pm)
