North Colorado Health Alliance

North Colorado Health Alliance is a nonprofit community resource that lowers the barriers around healthcare and substance use treatment. As care coordinators, NCHA can connect community members to resources in Larimer County, like detox, inpatient treatment, IOP, and sober living. NCHA can also connect community members with a peer support specialist who can walk them through the recovery process. NCHA will also have Narcan, a life-saving medication to reverse an opioid overdose, available for free.
