Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias have a ripple effect on families, particularly those in the “sandwich generation.” Caring for parents or older family members with dementia, while juggling our own children, grandchildren, careers, and other relationships can be overwhelming. This monthly support group provides time to come together in person and virtually to release stress, share experiences, give and receive encouragement, and feel understood. Hosted by the Alzheimer's Association.
