Program Description
Event Details
Learn to cook Ukrainian Christmas dishes with Tetiana Sherman, a Ukrainian chef, culinary instructor, and speaker with the Colorado Refugee Speakers Bureau. Prepare delicious Ukrainian borshch with pampushka , savory varenyky, and sweet varenyky for dessert. All ingredients and a printed recipes are provided. Allergens include: eggs, wheat, milk, and tree nuts.
