Program Description

Event Details

The first step to planning for the end of life is knowing what is helpful to do ahead of time. This is the first session in a six-part series that will feature in-depth monthly educational presentations.

The first session will be presented by Angel Hoffman from the Alzheimer's Association.

The Alzheimer's Association Empowered Caregiver education series teaches caregivers how to navigate the responsibilities of caring for someone living with dementia. This class examines how best to prepare for future care decisions and changes, including respite care, residential care and end-of life care.
