Event Details
The first step to planning for the end of life is knowing what is helpful to do ahead of time. This is the fourth session in a six part series that will feature in-depth monthly educational presentations.
The fourth session will be presented by Kris Callahan from Callahan Law.
A thoughtful estate planning process results in documents that communicate and make it simpler for your loved ones to carry out your final wishes. Topics will include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and disposition of last remains. We will touch on what happens if you don’t have these documents, and the role of probate.
