Join Lauren McTigue, Nutritional Therapist and founder of Half of Us Collective, for an empowering 5-part series dedicated to unraveling the mysteries of hormonal health. This series, brought to you by Half of Us Collective—a company committed to inclusively supporting individuals in enhancing their hormonal health—will provide participants with invaluable insights into the effects of hormonal health and offer actionable steps to mitigate symptoms. This course is designed for folks who are experiencing or want to learn about hormonal challenges such as symptoms of menstruation, perimenopause, menopause and more! This journey is all about using the support of community and shared knowledge to help you overcome challenges and reach lasting health.

Session 1: How Hormones Interact with Our Brain, Body, and Mood.

Discover how your endocrine system shapes your cognitive functioning and overall health. Through dynamic activities, we’ll explore the deep connections between hormones and your full-body well-being. Leave with practical tips and resources to help optimize your hormonal health.

All five sessions will occur on Tuesday evenings. Ideally, people will be able to register for and attend all five sessions.
