Event Details

In this session, learn strategies and approaches for navigating conflict constructively. Start by exploring differences between discussion, dialogue, debate, and deliberation. Then, gain awareness of different comfort zones around conflict and how those influence our interactions. Finally, discover best practices for offering an apology, complemented by learning several approaches to self-care and resiliency.

Practice dialogue skills to communicate across differences in this four-part workshop series with CSU Faculty Elizabeth Sink. Attend any or all sessions.

A minimum of 15 registrants needed by February 27th to run this class.

Elizabeth Sink has a passion for facilitating healthy engagement across different identities. She has taught at Colorado State University since 2004 in Communication Studies, the KEY Communities and the University Honors Program. Through a Leadership Fellowship in 2021 she spearheaded and currently leads CSU’s Multifaith & Belief Initiatives.
