Participants will gain invaluable insights into the effects of hormonal health and leave with actionable steps to help mitigate symptoms.

This course is designed for folks who are experiencing or want to learn about hormonal challenges such as symptoms of menstruation, perimenopause, menopause and more! This journey is all about using the support of community and shared knowledge to help you overcome challenges and reach lasting health.

Session 1: How Hormones Interact with Our Brain, Body, and Mood.

Discover how your endocrine system shapes your cognitive functioning and overall health. Through dynamic activities, we’ll explore the deep connections between hormones and your full-body well-being. Leave with practical tips and resources to help optimize your hormonal health.
