Join Lauren McTigue, Nutritional Therapist and founder of Half of Us Collective, for an empowering 5-part series dedicated to inclusively supporting individuals in enhancing their hormonal health through nutritional health and balance. Participants will gain invaluable insights into the effects of hormonal health and leave with actionable steps to help mitigate symptoms. 

This course is designed for folks who are experiencing or want to learn about hormonal challenges such as symptoms of menstruation, perimenopause, menopause and more! This journey is all about using the support of community and shared knowledge to help you overcome challenges and reach lasting health.

Learn the vital role of blood sugar in maintaining hormonal balance and how it interplays with stress, energy and gut health. Gain actionable strategies and knowledge to manage blood sugar levels effectively.
